The conference starts on 15 July with an informal evening get together.
Sessions will run on 16 and 17 July. Conference will end at 18:00 hrs on Friday, 17 July. We recommend our guests to arrive on 15 July and leave Istanbul on 18 July (three nights stay).

Please note that 15-18 July in Istanbul is high tourism season.
Therefore, we recommend you to make your hotel bookings early in advance to ensure availability. You may find that it is more reasonable to share accommodation in Turkey.
