Accessibility

Bosphorus University has an explicit policy to provide full access to students and staff with disabilities. However, most of the buildings that the university uses are of historical importance, dating back to 19 th century. This means that accessibility may be restricted to some sites. However, we were promised that access will be provided for essential facilities at the university. Please let us know your access requirements and we shall liaise with the university with a view to ensuring that arrangements are in place for your arrival.

All hotels, except for the Levent Hotel, in our pack have full accessibility. Nevertheless, please indicate your special requirements and the accommodation services will seek to cater for your needs as best as they can.

We will also ensure accessible transportation for guests with disabilities. Please inform us of your disability access requirements in your conference registration, accommodation and transportation bookings so that we can make special arrangements for you.
